- New Joined HAPPY BETTING Affiliate are eligible to participate in this campaign. New joined affiliate refer below 5 FTDs is entitled to 45% commission rate.
- The commission rate specified above is calculated solely based on the total win/loss contributed by the referred FTDs.
- Affiliates are entitled to receive rewards within the first month of joining.
- All rewards will be credited to the affiliate's account within 7 working days after the affiliate's Monthly Report is generated.
- This campaign is exclusive to eligible HAPPY BETTING Affiliates and may not be combined with other promotional offers or campaigns plans.
- HAPPY BETTING reserves the right to reject or disqualify any participant who engages in fraud, cheating, deception, or attempts to manipulate the campaign in any way. HAPPY BETTING retains sole discretion in making these determinations.
- HAPPY BETTING reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon updating the campaign's terms and conditions.

- Bonuses referring to rebates and bonus claimed by affiliate members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, rebates and other bonuses claimed by members.
- Transaction fees are fees that come from deposit transactions and withdrawal of members which amount to 1% of the total member transactions.
- The royalty fee is a platform fee which is 10% of the company's gross income.

- You may expand your career by establishing a Multiple Business in another market. HAPPY BETTING encourages agents to develop into successful agents, using agent recruitment options.
- Affiliates who have successfully referred friends to join the HAPPY BETTING Affiliates Program will be eligible to receive an extra 10% commission based on the referral commission.
